Our commitment to parents is to focus our full educational efforts on attaining equilibrium between intellectual knowledge and physical activity of the learner, whilst developing a healthy balance between Charisma and Character within the individual and team environment. We seek to nurture the whole personality, in spirit, soul and body.
Our commitment to parents is to focus our full educational efforts on attaining equilibrium between intellectual knowledge and physical activity of the learner, whilst developing a healthy balance between Charisma and Character within the individual and team environment. We seek to nurture the whole personality, in spirit, soul and body.
Our model in this endeavour is the person of the Lord Jesus Christ. We further encourage learners to pursue activities in the Arts and Cultural fields, so that a full expression of the learner’s talents and abilities can be achieved
Covenant College was established in 1988 by the Rhema South Family Church in fulfilment of a vision to have a school offering education based on Christian principles and values.
The school opened in 1988 with approximately 90 learners and followed the ACE Accelerated Christian Education system developed in America. In 1991 the college decided to convert to the local TED Transvaal Education Department syllabus and subsequently to the GDE Gauteng Department of Education syllabus in keeping with the developments in the New South Africa.
