Child-Centered Educational Approach
At Mount Linden, we use a child-centered educational approach. We combine psychological progress with education, giving your child the benefit of both worlds. Forerunners in these systems include Rudolf Steiner (instils a creative approach to education) and Maria Montessori (instils a practical approach to education). They revolutionized the way we work with children. From a militaristic educational approach, the educational field developed into a caring and nurturing environment, suitable for children who depend on our protection and care while in the process of becoming. Children are encouraged to learn and get to know their own potential. No longer are children expected to perform beyond their age. Great care is taken to develop the child’s head, heart and body in sync, to avoid the common learning and psychological problems. The child is encouraged to reach ever higher at his or her own level.
