Junior Colleges – The Gardens has been up and running and in the community of Fairfield, Fourways for 18 years. The Gardens is part of the Junior Colleges group. We are safely situated in the boomed off, tree lined, residential area of Fairfield, w hich is a just behind the Fourways Mall. We have beautiful playgrounds, lots of trees, wooden jungle gyms, bike tracks, and a large open lawn for general activities and play.

The Gardens is part of the Junior Colleges group. We are safely situated in the boomed off, tree lined, residential area of Fairfield, which is a just behind the Fourways Mall. Education and learning is most important to us and is our aim; this is achieved in a loving, secure and nurturing environment. We offer an exciting daily programme, which is age appropriate and children are stimulated in all learning areas, covering their gross motor skills, language development, social and emotional development, and cognitive development.

• We accept children from 4 months to 5 years old.
• We offer care on a half and full day basis.
• Operating hours: Mon – Fri: 7h15 – 17h30.
• We offer nutritious and balanced meals, 2 snacks and a cooked lunch.
• We have implemented the THRASS reading and writing programme.
• Pottery and Music specialist teachers form part of our team.
• We have an interactive White Board.
• Aftercare facilities are provided.
• All our staff are trained in FIRST AID.
• We are situated in a safe and secure environment with a security guard on site and we are linked to security at the gate of Fairfield.
• We offer a variety of extra mural activities: Swimming, Karate, Monkeynastix, Ballet, Art, Drama and Soccer.
• We offer a fun and exciting holiday care programme – this is included in your fee.
• We host special events such as our annual concert, graduation, grandparent’s morning, parent’s information morning; reunion party for past pupils, mini walks, Easter hunt, Christmas carols evening and market, picnics and teas.
