Welcome to Ashton International College, Ballito.  Our vision is to provide a balanced education at affordable fees, with high international standards and an emphasis on social values which sadly seem to have been left behind in the modern world.  These values include a Christian ethos, carrying a sense of responsibility, mutual respect and the determination to play our part in South Africa in building a nation committed to equality and democracy.
Since our inception in 2010 we have grown from 410 students to 913 students – indeed a massive achievement within only 3 years. Without the mutual support between staff, parents and students this wouldn’t have been a success story. Between us we have built, brick by brick, a total of 4500m2 consisting of classrooms, computer centres and sport facilities.  Currently construction has started on the 1200 seater Grace Hall, comprising basement parking, storage facilities, state-of-the-art sound and stage technology and catering facilities.
Our motto, Sedulis Paraestantia, speaks for itself. “Excellence belongs to the Zealous” encapsulates our belief so aptly put by Thomas Edison. “Genius is 99% perspiration and 1% inspiration.”
A school is what you the parents, the teachers and the students make of it. Our goal is to strive for excellence and self-discipline so that we may contribute to this great country.
